Moments in Black and White

Some images seem to be good candidates for black and white conversion. In the recent trip to corbett, gethiya and sattal that was the case as well. They looked good in color but black and white brought in a different feel and mood to the images. They somehow seem to evoke a more nostalgic feel compared to the images in color.

Here is a stonechat image made during the safari in dhela grasslands. The elephant grass in the backdrop adds to the texture in the image.
