Waterfall | Topslip

There is this lovely waterfall near the place where we stayed in topslip. Independent of the size of waterfall the sound somehow has a calming effect. Was trying to understand if that was tied to frequency of sound originating from the water hitting the ground/rocks. Turns out the sound of water falls into brown noise frequency spectrum which is supposed to be very pleasing to the ears.

A Nilgiri Langur at the break of dawn outside the entrance of Top Slip Tiger Reserve. This is endemic to Nilgiri Biosphere.
