A lonely egret waiting patiently for the next opportunity. Made this at mavathur lake last week. Egrets make nice subjects to make images which convey a dramatic mood. One reason is that since they are completely white when the image is exposed for their body color the remaining parts of the image tends to become dark. This gives a dramatic feel to the image.

This is one of the times that I really love the colour of the frame; it complements the photograph perfectly.
But...you must think of another name. A moment in time...describes EVERY photograph ever! (It was also the theme of the recent Pixetra competition and I said the same to them too.)
