We were there in dandeli town near timber depot where we had come to photograph malabar pied hornbill and malabar grey hornbill and we were searching for them high up in the trees. During this time we spotted this squirrel jumping from branch to branch. He finally settled down on a particular tree top and started munching. It was ironical since it was around 10:30 in the morning and we had skipped breakfast to do this photo shoot and here we had to wait for this guy to finish his breakfast before the branches covering his face were cleared so that we could get a clear look at his face. The funny part is this guy while searching for fruits he is upright and when he actually starts eating them he is upside down :-)
